New ticketing system to be implemented

We are transitioning our support ticketing system to ServiceNow in early November.

To ensure a smooth transition, we intend to resolve all open tickets prior to the move to ServiceNow. If there are any tickets still open, we will merge them into the new system for you. We will follow up directly with individuals that have open tickets closer to the transition.

There are a couple of notable differences with the new support ticketing system.

When you submit a ticket to or, all response emails will now come from In addition, ticket responses and subject lines will have a different format, and a notification will be sent once the ticket is resolved.
