We have successfully transitioned our support tickets to ServiceNow. There are a couple of notable differences with the new support ticketing system. When you submit a ticket to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, all response emails will now come from email@example.com. In addition, ticket responses and subject lines will have a different format, and a notification will be sent once the ticket is resolved.
