We have successfully transitioned our support tickets to ServiceNow. There are a couple of notable differences with the new support ticketing system. When you submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, all response emails will now come from firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, ticket responses and subject lines will have a different format, and a notification will be sent once the ticket is resolved.
