The ALCF User Assistance Center provides support for ALCF resources. The center’s normal support hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Central time) Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

Trouble Ticket System

You can check the status of your existing tickets as well as send new support tickets. To do this, log in with your ALCF username and ALCF web accounts system password. (This is the password you chose when you requested your account, or which was assigned to you and sent with your new account materials.)

The ALCF User Assistance Center is located on the second floor of the Theory and Computer Sciences Building (TCS) building 240 at Argonne National Laboratory. Within TCS, our location code is 2-D-21. Please use the information kiosks at the entrance of the building to locate us, or call for assistance.
