Beth Cerny is a communications and user experience leader in high-performance computing with more than 22 years of experience in creative leadership, marketing communications, communications strategy, and UX practice. Since 2012, she has led communications for the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility at Argonne National Laboratory, where she develops strategic public and technical communications for users, staff, collaborators, and the U.S. Department of Energy. 

Her work also includes traditional UX research and practice, including user research, workflow analysis, stakeholder engagement, and user-centered design, with a focus on improving the experience of scientific computing users across ALCF tools, services, and support systems.
