We are experiencing a problem with the DNS (domain name services) outside the Argonne network. As a result, users may have difficulty establishing new connections to all ALCF resources and services, including https://alcf.anl.gov, https://my.alcf.anl.gov, from outside the Argonne network.
Queued and currently running jobs on all ALCF systems should continue to run as intended.
